All card and digital wallet transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe.

02. Currency

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout based on your location.

If you are purchasing from a different country, your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees. Santorelli Milano is not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion charges imposed by third parties.

03. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways using SSL/TLS technology to protect your financial information.

We do not store complete credit or debit card details on our servers. Payment information is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

To protect both our customers and our business, fraud prevention and verification checks may be conducted before an order is approved.

04. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Purchased items
  • Billing information
  • Shipping details

If payment cannot be successfully processed, your order will not be confirmed until a valid payment has been completed.

05. Payment Timing

Your selected payment method will be charged immediately upon completion of checkout.

06. Refunds & Cancellations

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider and typically take between 3–10 business days after approval.

Once payment has been successfully processed, orders enter fulfillment immediately and can no longer be modified or canceled. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights applicable under EU consumer protection laws.
