Shipping policy

At Santorelli Milano, our goal is to provide reliable and transparent delivery so you know exactly when to expect your order, wherever you are in the world.

Santorelli Milano ships internationally through carefully selected fulfillment and logistics partners. Because orders may be shipped from international fulfillment facilities, total delivery time includes both processing time and shipping transit time.

01. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality control checks

  • Packaging and dispatch preparation

During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Premium Shipping affects only the shipping transit time and does not shorten the order processing period.

02. Shipping Time (Transit)

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Estimated transit times:

  • Europe: 5–9 business days

  • North America: 7–12 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 8–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–18 business days

The estimated total delivery time, including processing, is generally 6–21 business days depending on destination and service level.

Orders are delivered through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • DHL

  • DPD

  • FedEx

  • Local postal services

Customs inspections, courier capacity limitations, seasonal demand, weather conditions, or regional disruptions may extend delivery times and are beyond our control.

Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become active after shipment and may take longer during peak periods.

03. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The estimated delivery period is generally 6–21 business days from the date of purchase.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Shipping service selected

  • Customs processing

  • Logistics network availability

  • Seasonal demand

All delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Extended transit times do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit.

04. Shipping Costs & Customs

Orders that meet the Free Shipping threshold displayed at checkout qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

For orders below the applicable threshold, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

Premium Shipping

Premium Shipping may be available in selected regions for an additional charge.

Where available, Premium Shipping may reduce transit time by up to 5 business days.

Availability and actual delivery improvements depend on route conditions, customs procedures, and carrier performance and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees and Premium Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, including delays caused by customs or courier services.

Import Duties & Taxes

European Union Customers

Applicable VAT is collected where required at checkout.

Customers generally will not be charged additional import duties upon delivery for eligible EU shipments.

Customers Outside the European Union

Orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local government charges

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Santorelli Milano.

05. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking becomes active after the carrier completes the first package scan.

You may track your shipment through:

  • Our tracking page

  • The carrier's official website

06. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier capacity limitations

  • Postal strikes

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other external circumstances beyond our control

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund while the shipment remains in transit.

Santorelli Milano is not liable for costs, losses, or damages resulting from third-party courier delays, customs inspections, or carrier handling processes.

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or address changes may no longer be possible.

Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

07. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

If we contact you regarding missing or incomplete delivery information, including a required telephone number for delivery purposes, and no response is received within 14 calendar days, the order may be placed on hold until the required information is provided.

If no response is received after this period, any refund eligibility will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If a carrier is unable to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information, any resulting delay, return, or loss remains the responsibility of the customer.

08. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact info@santorellimilano.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

Lost shipment claims require carrier tracking evidence.

If a shipment has not been delivered after 20 business days from the original shipping date, our logistics team will investigate the matter with the carrier.

If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, we may offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund, where applicable

Santorelli Milano is not responsible for damage occurring after successful delivery or for return shipments lost in transit without valid tracking information.
